The Nevada Captive Insurance Council received word and has confirmed Commissioner Barbara Richardson has vacated her post as the Nevada Insurance Commissioner as of last Friday afternoon and the Govenor will appoint a new Commissioner. We will keep all members updated as more information comes in.
MEMBERSHIP MEETING
The NCIC membership will convene 1-12-2023 AT 10:00 AM for an update on the Department and the current Bill headed to the Nevada Legislature for the 2023 session and how it may affect Captive legislation.
Deputy Commissioner Nick Stosic is our special guest speaker. Bring all your questions and we look forward to seeing you then. All members were sent a link to login to the virtual meeting.
